Miley
Miley

Honey (aka Miley) is doing great, and has filled out a bit. I realize that a female who has been spayed is vulnerable to weight gain, but Honey is a real chowhound! That beagle nose is always busy. I feed her well, but pay attention to quantity. Absolutely no table scraps, though she did have a bit of turkey for Thanksgiving. I call her Honey the "lionheart" Though she may be a peewee, she is very alert and very watchful. She also follows my sister's dog (Lily) around and does everything she does! Once in a while, there are still accidents, but they are becoming rarer. Honey still likes to lick, but not as much as before. We have been working on it. I really love this little dog. Thank you for rescuing her and for saving her for me. Have a great holiday season, Linda Lebie

Bradik
Bradik

Just wanted to send along some recent photos of Bradik, formerly known as Finnigan. He is the best dog in the world. We love him so much. We bought a house almost 2 years ago now and he loves to chase the squirrels in the big back yard. We just wanted to thank you again for bringing him into our lives. Bo & Marie Dawson

Isabel
Isabel

We had a good weekend. You were right, Isabel is sweet and energetic all rolled into one. I renamed her Bailee - but most of the time, I call her "good girl". She is very good. We went to PetSmart yesterday and got a couple of toys. I'll go to Petco and use my coupons for her this week. She is really doing fine and a lot of fun. I'll forward photos when I get some for you. You did an excellent job with her for 3 weeks and I hope her buddy isn't too lonesome. Thanks again.

Sheba
Sheba

Dear CARE, This year we opted for an artificial tree after fearing we would otherwise end up with tree sap coated kitties — looks like it was a good call. No sooner was the tree up than Sheba and Diane climbed to its top; fortunately they were also able to climb down again. Looks like our decorating this year may be limited to our bright eyed girls peering out from the branches. Diane and Sheba are doing wonderfully and make our lives a joy day in and out, we really couldn’t ask for better companions. They are very happy and playful, and have developed personalities quite distinct from one another. With the cold weather our girls have learned that I radiate a lot of heat — and so I’ve become a favorite sleeping place at night. Truly we are having a wonderful time together. Thank you once again, Charles & Janet, Sheba & Diane
