Below is A Glimpse of our Required Criteria for New Owners:  
- Your Current Animals have to be spayed/neutered 
(We will call your vet to confirm that they are fixed)

- Current Dogs/Cats must be indoor pets and a part of your family 
(no outdoor or chained dogs)

- Current Animals must have regular vet care
(if your cat/dog has not been to the vet we will have to pass on your application - vet care is very important!)

- Can you afford a pet right now?
(vet care is expensive, food is expensive, what if your dog/cat needed extra medical care?)

- Have you given away an animal in the past?
(if yes, it must be a good reason - we want our animals to be placed in their forever homes and not given away when times get tough or busy)

Adoption Application

The fees to adopt are listed below:
NOTE : This applies to most of our puppies and kittens.  In the event the animal is unaltered at the time of adoption, Adopter agrees to pay a spay/neuter deposit in the amount of $150.00 at the time of adoption and agrees to have the animal spayed/neutered within 6 months of the adoption. The $150 deposit plus a sum of up to $75 toward Adopter-paid surgery fees for a canine or up to $45 Adopter-paid surgery fees for a feline shall be refundable within 10 business days of the Adopter providing proof of surgery and cost to CARE via email at CARESpayNeuterProgram@gmail.com.

BREED COST FEES INCLUDE
DOG $250.00 All age-appropriate vaccinations through the date of adoption (DAPPV and rabies, if old enough), dewormer, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm test, heartworm and flea preventative, and microchip. 
CAT $100.00 All age-appropriate vaccinations through the date of adoption, spay/neuter surgery, flea preventative, feline leukemia test, and microchip.
