Manny

It has been a while...but I was just looking at the latest pics of the M & M brothers and I thought I would send them to you. I love Manny so much...he is my baby! Last weekend was their birthday's so we celebrated at the cottage. My sister brought Miles and they had a blast. We have a new addition..a little weim named Madison..she is 6 mths and loves the boys too! Time flies, it will almost be 1 year since we rescued them. Just wanted to touch base with an update and give you a big thanks for letting us have the boys in our lives. Take Care, Christine Vigneault

The dogs are getting along great. It took them some time to get used to each other but they are having a blast running around together all day and then taking their naps with each other!

Candi

I wanted to give you an update on Candi (we changed her name to Andi). I'm attaching some photos of her and her with Bud, my other Jack Russell. She's been a great dog. It's been interesting to try and decipher her quirks. . .why she does some of the things she does. I'm guessing she came from a home with kids. Although she's coming out of it, for the longest time she would crouch when you tried to pick her up or pet her. I'm guessing maybe a little more hand contact than she really wanted at her former owners. She's coming out of that and will now approach and "ask" for attention. I made a switch to a holistic food (Nutro) and the difference in her skin and coat is amazing. It took about 3 weeks, but her coat is soft now and her skin no longer red and rashy. I'm still working on her weight issue. She weighed 22 pounds when I got her and she's down to about 19 now. the vet says she could lose another 3 and be just about right. The dogs play well together. She's been great for Bud and teases and plays with him. . .which is what he needed. Just wanted to give you an update. I'm so happy I adopted her. I can't imagine not having her as part of day to day life now. Hope you've had many other successes since last we spoke. Sincerely, Dan Kraner

Mac

Hi, I just wanted to let you know how Mac is doing. We adopted him on 04-21-06 and he had his vistit with his vet today. Dr. Newton says he looks great. He is up to 54 lbs and is very active and healthy. This is one happy dog. He has settled in with the family routine nicely ( we have a 4 yr old and 23 mo. old twins). He is now our only dog as we lost our 15 yr old boxer female in August, but Mac looks so much like her it is great to have him around. The kids keep him busy and he gets to go with the family just about everywhere including to preschool three times a week for pick-up. Thank you so much for all you do and thank you for bringing Mac into our home. Ramona Gillick

Karly

We adopted Karly Mid October 2006 and she has been a ball of fun. She lives with 5 girls and gets more attention than you could imagine. She also has made lots of other dog friends and is always on the run. We really appreciate your kindness in helping us find the best dog for us and we couldn't ask for anything better. I've attached some pictures of Karly from the day we got her up until now. Thanks Alot Julie and Dennis
