Description:
Ashton is a 5-6 yr old Schnauzer. He is good with other dogs, rides well in a car and is also crate-trained & housebroken. He would not be a good dog for a family with small children but older kids would be ok. Due to neglect and undiagnosed food allergies, Ashton requires a prescription diet, currently eating a mixture of canned and dry but switching to all dry food. He also requires medication for these allergies. When Ashton came to our rescue, he was neglected and had lost 1/3 of his body weight due to these food problems. Our veterinarian is willing to talk to anyone that is seriously interested in adopting him so that he can answer any questions that you may have. Please contact his foster Mom Jackie for more info.
