Rascal is a very sweet beagle/shepherd mix. He is neutered and up to date on shots. \n\nFrom Foster Mom Mary Ann: \"Rascal is good with children. He is very friendly and he wants to please. He is good with other dogs. I do not know if he is house broken yet. We have built a kennel run and put a new dog house in it for him, near our black labs. He has adjusted well. He absolutely loves attention.
