Special Needs: Honey is heartworm + but the vet treatments associated with this are covered by CARE as long as she is brought to a partner veterinarian clinic in Columbus for treatment. Once treatment is complete she’ll no longer need further treatment.

Meet Honey! She's literally an angel! She does very well with other dogs, she’s cat friendly and her foster has no doubt she would be fantastic with children of all ages! She’s great in her kennel and seems to be completely house broken as well. Honey did great on her freedom ride home and walks like a champ on a leash.

She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and an additional $150 spay/ neuter deposit where applicable. All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped.

All payments are by credit card.
 

Adopters schedule their own surgeries directly with any vet of their choosing with a surgery cost reimbursement of up to $75 (plus refund of the $150 deposit) when proof of surgery is received by CARE. Surgery is required to be done within 6 months of adoption (unless they have a vet recommending otherwise).
