Fauna is an absolute sweetheart but she's extremely submissive and shy! She will need a very patient family! Her foster truly believes in time she will come out of her shell. She shows zero aggression in any situation, however she's not too excepting of men and will just need some extra time to find her trust in her new home. 

Her calm personality does have some perks! She's a very relaxing walking buddy, plays well with others, pays no mind to cats, not bothered by people passing by while inside her fosters fenced in yard, very calm/quiet in her crate at night and she's nondestructive. She's just had a rough start. She's looking for a family that can see beyond her beauty and show her patience as she learns to trust again. 

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and an additional $150 spay/ neuter deposit where applicable. All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped.

Adopters schedule their own surgeries directly with any vet of their choosing with a surgery cost reimbursement of up to $75 (plus refund of the $150 deposit) when proof of surgery is received by CARE. Surgery is required to be done within 6 months of adoption (unless they have a vet recommending otherwise).
