Meet Higgins! He's a small to medium doggie that looks like a tiny lab! At near 9 months old, higgins won't get much larger than he currently is. He's very playful and enjoys running wjth the foster dogs and collecting toys around the house. He's a little shy at first but has opened up and has been very sweet with people and friendly with the dogs. There's not a mean bone in his body. He's potty training and crate training in his foster home and doing well. If you'd like to adopt or meet Higgins the first step is to submit an adoption application on the care website. CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies. All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on all age appropriate vaccinations & preventatives, as well as microcipped & altered.

CARE is all-volunteer & foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter or facility & do not have employees monitoring inbound applications & emails.
