Otis is a spunky pup. He's very curious. He loves playing with all dogs, big & small, eating water from the hose & being 100% puppy. Otis is loving & goofy - one of a kind personality! He would make the perfect adition to any family!

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies. All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on all age appropriate vaccinations & preventatives, as well as microcipped & altered.

CARE is all-volunteer & foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter or facility & do not have employees monitoring inbound applications & emails.
