Description:

Meet Peaches!

She is an approximately 10 months old, female, mixed breed sweetheart!

Her favorite activities include the zoomies, naps, and lots of belly rubs. She can be shy when you first meet her, but once she knows you, she will show you all the love she can give. She has yet to meet something she doesn’t like. From new humans to cats and dogs to car rides and everything in between, she only knows excitement. She would love to have a dog play mate! Since she is still a puppy, she tends to have bursts of energy where she is ready to play and run around for a while, then naps the rest of the day.

Currently, she is very well crate trained, and sleeps through the night in the crate with no complaints, and while she is doing great with potty training using a bell, she will still have the rare, occasional accident. Every day she gets better since she is so eager to learn and wants to please. In general, she is a very sweet girl who wants nothing more than to show her love to everyone!

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and $100 for cats/kittens and an additional $150 neuter deposit will be required for any animals adopted prior to their spay/neuter surgery (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings the animal to his/her CARE vet appointment in COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped and spay/neutered (or scheduled for the same).

CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our foster volunteers work to navigate a very high volume of inbound adoption applications.
