Description:
This is Gracie. She is a 8-10 week old pup with all the playfullness to go around. We think she is a lab boxer mix based on her size and color patterns. She is settling in to her foster home with 2 other dogs small and medium size and her sister Roxie. They've gotten along great so far! She LOVES toys and playing with them all day when she's not napping or running the yard. She is up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations but May still need her adopting family to finish out her puppy shots. CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and $100 for cats/kittens and an additional $150 neuter deposit will be required for any animals adopted prior to their spay/neuter surgery (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings the animal to his/her CARE vet appointment in COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped and spay/neutered (or scheduled for the same). All payments are by check or cash. Adopters have the option to schedule their own surgeries directly with any vet of their choosing with a surgery cost reimbursement of up to $75 (plus refund of the $150 deposit) when proof of surgery is received by CARE. Surgery is required to be done within 6 months of adoption (unless they have a vet recommending otherwise). CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our foster volunteers work to navigate a very high volume of inbound adoption applications.
