Dane is doing great in his foster home. He loves all the other dogs in the home. He loves to play! He is a super cuddler! He climbs right in my lap when I am sitting on the floor. He gets along great with the cat in the home. He is crate trained! He is beginning to work on house training. He is a super sweet boy. You are sure to fall in love with him, I know I have. CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and an additional $150 neuter deposit will be required for any animals adopted prior to their spay/neuter surgery (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings the animal to his/her CARE vet appointment in COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped. CARE accepts cash or check. Adopters schedule their own surgeries directly with any vet of their choosing with a surgery cost reimbursement of up to $75 (plus refund of the $150 deposit) when proof of surgery is received by CARE. Surgery is required to be done within 6 months of adoption.
CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home. Thank you for your patience!
