Kandi has a cleft palate but doesn't let this impact her at all. She is a super sweet  and happy girl once she warms up to you. She loves attention and playing with her foster siblings (dogs.) She is a little nervous at first and isn't afraid to tell you how she is feeling. She would love a home that is patient with her till she warms up and is able to show you who she really is. 

CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home.
