Little man October is an adorable little lab mix.  Hes got super fun & lovable and has just a little sass in that tiny body to keep you entertained forsure!!  Hes good with other dogs, scared of cats (can absolutely learn to coexist with the aliens with alittle time and training), and adores human affection !!  Hes crate trained and sleeps very well thru the night!  We are off to a great start on potty training as well.  Hes also very treat motivated so further training should be cake walk with some yummy snacks.  Anyone interested in this awesome pup can apply at http://care.rescuegroups.org 

CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home and you will want to watch your email carefully. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our foster volunteers work to navigate a very high volume of inbound adoption applications.

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and an additional $150 neuter deposit will be required for any animals adopted prior to their spay/neuter surgery (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings the animal to his/her CARE vet appointment in COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped.

Adopters have the option to schedule their own surgeries directly with any vet of their choosing with a surgery cost reimbursement of up to $75 (plus refund of the $150 deposit) when proof of surgery is received by CARE. Surgery is required to be done within 6 months of adoption (unless they have a vet recommending otherwise).
