This is Vader. He is a 7 week old mix pup that is available for adoption. Vader came with her litter to CARE and will be ready to go home once he is 8 weeks old (5/8/21). Vader and his litter have received their first set of puppy shots. They will be up to date on vaccinations according to their age, but it will be up to the adopting family to continue their required vaccinations per vet recommendations. We're approximating that these little guys will grow to be about a medium size based on their current sizes but its hard to tell without knowing their breeds.

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and $100 for cats/kittens and an additional $150 neuter deposit will be required for any animals adopted prior to their spay/neuter surgery (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings the animal to his/her CARE vet appointment in COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped and spay/neutered (or scheduled for the same).

CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home.
