Meet Zander! This cutie pie is learning this big new world he had no idea existed. He's been very good with his crate training. He loves his foster brothers and playing with them, he thinks the cats are aliens but is not running away from them anymore lol. He's an absolute sweetie looking for someone to help him learn this brand new open world!

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and $100 for cats/kittens and an additional $150 spay/neuter deposit will be required for any animals adopted prior to their spay/neuter surgery (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings the animal to his/her CARE vet appointment in COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped and spay/neutered (or scheduled for the same). CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home.
