WANTED:  MY FOREVER FAMILY!


WHAT DO I BRING TO THE TABLE?  All of my unconditional puppy love, playfulness, silliness and cuddles, of course! I am a young puppy and my foster mama's best guess is that I am shepherd mix. I don't know exactly what that means, but I'm quite sure it translates to me being awesome and adorable. I am good overnight in my crate And working on perfecting my potty training. I am expected to be large when full grown - I'm already 25 lbs. :) I need a large yard and active family. 


I will arrive to my forever home current on my vaccinations and preventatives.  I will be scheduled for a spay appointment in Columbus that my forever human will need to bring me back for. 

WHAT DO I NEED FROM YOU?  I need a loving family to take care of me, love me, cuddle me, take me on walks, car rides and other fun adventures, provide me with food, shelter, water, playtime, philosophical conversation, socialization, songs before bedtime and patience with me as I am just a young one still learning the ropes. 

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and $100 for cats/kittens and an additional $150 neuter deposit will be required for any animals adopted prior to their spay/neuter surgery (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings the animal to his/her CARE vet appointment in COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped and spay/neutered (or scheduled for the same). If you are interested in adopting or meeting a CARE animal, the FIRST STEP is to complete and submit an online adoption application through care.rescuegroups.org.

CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our foster volunteers work to navigate a very high volume of inbound adoption applications.
