Say hello to Ms. Walnut! Walnut is a female Aussie puppy mix who will be coming to her CARE foster home this week. She is 9 weeks old and was surrendered along with her siblings by the owner of her mom.

As one would imagine with a puppy - time and energy will need to be investing to potty train, crate train and socialize. So far, Walnut is reported to be a great puppy and CARE will add more information as we learn more about her sweet little personality. 

CARE's adoption fee is $250 for dogs/puppies and $100 for cats/kittens and an additional $150 neuter deposit will be required for any animals adopted prior to their spay/neuter surgery (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings the animal to his/her CARE vet appointment in COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, as well as microchipped and spay/neutered (or scheduled for the same). CARE is an all-volunteer and foster-based rescue organization. We do not have a shelter facility and do not have any employees monitoring inbound applications and emails. Applications are reviewed by each animal’s volunteer foster home. It may be several days before you hear from this animal’s foster home.
