Welcome to Leo's page. Leo came to CARE with his litter of 9! He is between 5 and 6 months old and is a Golden Retriever mix. He is currently about 25 lbs but has some weight to gain since he came to us a little skinny. Leo is currently in a foster home with 4 other dogs varying in sizes and has been gettting along fabulously. He is the more submissive and timid out of him and his brother Pauly but in his time with his foster home he has really come out of his shell and has been much more trusting of humans.  We are working on basic obediece with him such as appropriate chewing toys, coming when called, crate training, and potty training. As with any puppy, these skills take time so expect to devote some training time to him. Previous pet experience is required. 

CARE's adoption fee is $250 and an additional $150 neuter deposit will be required (and the deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter brings Leo to his CARE's paid for neuter and microchipping appointment IN COLUMBUS, INDIANA once scheduled). All CARE animals arrive in their forever homes current on age appropriate vaccinations and preventatives.
