Description:
Say hello to puppy cuteness! Nala is a young female puppy available for adoption through CARE. While we can't know for sure, she looks like she is mixed with a decent dose of lab and maybe some hound (you can see some of her beuatiful brindle coat in the picture of her napping). Nala is expected to grow to be a large dog when full grown - all the more to love! Nala is new to our rescue and we are still learning about her. She is in a foster home with kids and other dogs and will be working on socializing, potty training, leash training and general positive pup behaviors. As with all young puppies, that positive-reinforcement training will need to consistently continue in her forever home to ensure a well-adjusted and well-trained pup. All CARE animals will arrive to their forever homes up to date on age appropatie shots and preventatives, microchipped and spayed/neutered (or scheduled with a spay/neuter date at CARE's vet). The first step in the CARE adoption process is to complete an online application through our website at: http://care.rescuegroups.org. CARE is a foster-home based animal rescue based in the Columbus, Indiana area. We are experiencing a high volume on submitted applications currently - we appreciate your patience. The adoption fee is $250. NOTE: Due to COVID-19, spay/neuter surgery scheduling is delayed compared to "normal" scheduling. Any animals adopted prior to being spayed/neutered will require a contractual ccommitment to bring the animal back to CARE's vet to be altered when scheduling permits AND a refundable $150 spay/neuter deposit. This deposit will be refunded when the approved adopter either: (1) brings the animal back for the spay/neuter surgery or (2) submits documents showing the adopter's personal vet performed the surgery at adopter's expense.
